This year, each of us will write a recipe and tell the story behind the recipe. This way, we will tell you some of our thoughts and share with you something we use or have developed. In this household, none of us is a “recipe person”; that is, we learned to cook by watching and developing a sense of ingredients as much as by reading recipes. You might have to get to know the ingredients and the procedure and then add, take out, or modify how we do things, in order to get it right in your own way.
